Beth L. Thompson is an award-winning writer of fiction and poetry, currently editing her first novel ahead of querying.

Beth studied English Literature at the University of Liverpool and gained her MA in Writing from Warwick University. In 2023 she graduated from Faber Academy’s Writing A Novel course, and her novel in progress, Scouse Graffiti, won the 2023 Stockholm Writers Festival First 5 Pages Prize. Scouse Graffiti is a work of literary fiction that offers a lyrical celebration of music and youth, as well as meditations on identity, roots, and the creative process. The opening pages of the novel were previously longlisted for The Literary Consultancy’s 2022 Pen Factor Prize, and Beth’s poetry has been published by the Emma Press.
